GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18+ years or older. Employees of Cinema Thom and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on 26 February 2025 and ends on Thursday 6 March 2025 at 6:30pm AEDT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

  1. Complete the Process the Podcast Survey.

  2. Screenshot the “Thanks for completing this typeform” page and send it to us via DM.

4. Prize:

The winner will receive a $500 Qantas voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement:

The winner will be selected at random and announced on Friday 7 March 2025 via Instagram Stories and/or a post. The winner must respond within 48 hours] o claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Disqualification:

Entries that do not follow all steps or use fake/spam accounts will be disqualified. Multiple comments from the same account will be counted as separate entries, but automated/bot-generated entries are not allowed.

7. Liability & Rights:

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Instagram. By entering, participants agree that Cinema Thom is not responsible for any issues related to the prize once it has been awarded.

8. Privacy:

By entering, participants agree to their username being publicly announced if selected as the winner. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes & Cancellations:

Cinema Thom reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.
